Q: Where are you located? A: We don't have a physically shop, mainly online but we regularly attend markets, fairs & conventions in the UK. Follow our "Behind the scenes" to keep updated on when & where!

Q: Are they all handmade? A: Yes! Every single thing you see listed we put a lot of passion and time into each one! Sometimes we craft multiple of the same but each with have its own unique elements!

Q: Is everything ethically sourced? A: Always. Every specimen/bone is fully ethically sourced. Our wood, moss, and everything foraged is carefully chosen and picked with our environment in our minds!

Q: Can i commission custom pieces? A: Yes! We love creating bespoke pieces! Reach out on our contact page to get started!

Q: Can i buy products as gifts? A: Of course! We can package items directly to send them! Make sure to tell us it is a gift so we can attach a note from you!

Q: What is your return/exchange policy? A: We do accept returns on certain items(we will make sure to label ones that are not!) Tattoo Tickets are non-refundable. Always contact us first-we'll always work it out!

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: We are only able to ship within the UK for now but hopefully will change in the near future!

Q: What kind of packaging do you use? A: We're all about giving things a second life. Our packaging is made from recycled materials sourced from our own homes, family, and friends! It's Eco-conscious, sturdy, and keeps your treasures safe- all while keeping waste out of the landfill!! We hope you can reuse it too!
